Changes, Refunds and Returns:

Custom Made Orders

– Custom made pieces are not refundable or available for change.

– Custom made pieces will be notified when they are ready. A date will be given for the first fitting of a custom made piece, in case of not being able to attend the final delivery date will be extended.

– Custom made pieces will carry a different price from ready to wear pieces.

– The fabrics have different prices, so if you change color / fabric, the price will be subject to change.

– Prices do not include taxes.

– A cancellation of a custom made order, will only be allowed within a period of less than 24 hours.

– A payment of 50% advance is needed when placing an order.

Ready to Wear

– Ready to wear pieces can be exchanged if its on the same condition as handed.

– Alterations are not included.

– Refunds only apply for specific cases, and should be discussed and approved by the manager.

– Payments are not refundable. We receive the pieces bought only if its on excellent conditions. A credit note will be given for the amount payed. Credit notes are only available within 30 days. and are not available for custom made pieces.

– In case of canceling an order it must be issued within the next 24 hours after the order is placed.
